SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

           Custom / Stitched-to-order              7–14 business days
           Sale / High-demand periods            Up to 5 business days
  • Processing begins only after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

  • A dispatch confirmation with tracking details will be sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Tier-2 cities & towns 5–7 business days
Remote / Rural areas 7–12 business days

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) will be displayed on the store and may change without prior notice.

4. FAILED DELIVERY & RE-DELIVERY

  • If a delivery fails due to wrong address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery charges must be paid by the customer before the order is re-dispatched.

  • If the customer does not respond within 7 days of a failed delivery notification, the order will be cancelled without refund.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. Resolution may take 15–21 business days.

  • If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or store credit — not a cash refund.

  • If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the customer must refuse the delivery and immediately notify us with photographic/video evidence within 24 hours.

  • Damage reported after accepting delivery without noting it will not be entertained.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout.

  • Noor Mahal holds no liability for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Address changes after order confirmation will be accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched, subject to feasibility.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently, Noor Mahal ships within India only.

  • Any future international shipping options will be announced on the store with applicable terms.
