TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on Noor Mahal ("we", "us", "our", "the Store"), you ("Customer", "User", "Buyer") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this store. Continued use of the store constitutes full legal acceptance of all terms herein.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order independently.

  • Minors (below 18) may only purchase under direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • By using this store, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete.

  • Noor Mahal reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban accounts at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & ACCURACY

  • We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, fabrics, and designs accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences — this does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

  • All product descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor typographical errors do not create any binding obligation on Noor Mahal.

  • Noor Mahal reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Noor Mahal reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of checkout confirmation.

  • In the event of a pricing error, Noor Mahal reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, without any liability to the customer.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION BY STORE

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is only confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email/message.

  • Noor Mahal reserves the right to cancel any order due to: stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or failure to verify payment.

  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days — this shall be the sole remedy available to the customer.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on this store — including brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Noor Mahal.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, redistribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

  • Customers may not use Noor Mahal's name, logo, or product images for any commercial purpose without express written consent.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

  • 🔴 Placing fraudulent or false orders

  • 🔴 Providing incorrect delivery addresses to claim non-delivery

  • 🔴 Using stolen or unauthorized payment credentials

  • 🔴 Attempting to manipulate pricing through technical exploits

  • 🔴 Posting false, defamatory, or malicious reviews

  • 🔴 Threatening or harassing Noor Mahal staff or representatives

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Noor Mahal's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in dispute.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, reputation, or opportunity.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party logistics partners, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.

Noor Mahal reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance.
